Have the model number ready
The model number tells us exactly which parts your appliance uses, so we can check availability before the visit. That is how most repairs get finished in one trip.
Look for a tag in these places:
- Refrigerator: inside wall of the fresh-food section, near the top.
- Washer or dryer: inside the door or lid opening.
- Dishwasher: on the edge of the door or the tub frame.
- Range or oven: inside the door frame or behind the bottom drawer.
