What we collect
When you send the repair request form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, city, the appliance and brand, and your description of the problem. When you call, text or email, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
How we use it
To call you back, schedule and carry out the repair, send quotes and invoices, and honor the warranty. We keep job records so we know what was repaired if you call again.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information and we don't share it for advertising. This website has no advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies.
Services that process data for us
The website host receives form submissions and delivers them to us. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address the way any web server does. Our phone and email providers carry your calls and messages.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing fixnestappliances@gmail.com or calling (530) 364-8326. We may need to keep invoices and warranty records where the law requires it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
